Zagreb Essential Walking Tour: 5000 Steps To See All Of It

    27,00

Zagreb is more than monuments and postcard views – it’s a city shaped by everyday life, changing generations, and quiet stories hidden in plain sight.

On this walking tour, I invite you to experience the city as we live it – through local rituals, personal insights, and the contrast between Zagreb then and now. This is not just a sightseeing walk, but a journey into how life in the city has evolved and what it feels like to be part of it today.

I connect the past with the present – sharing not only what happened here, but how those events shaped life in the city. From childhood memories to cultural habits, from architecture to the local mindset, my goal is simple: to help you understand Zagreb from the inside.

I believe the best way to experience a city is on foot – at a relaxed pace, with space for stories, questions, and authentic conversation.

If you join my tour, you won’t just see Zagreb.
    You’ll understand how it lives.

Definitely recommend this tour / transfer. Our guide Stjepan was brilliant! He collected us from our apartment on time and very friendly. He was very knowledgeable on Croatia and its history. We visited the War Museum and a small milling village on the way to Plitvice Lakes. The lakes are amazing and Stjepan showed us all the great spots to take the best photos! After we had a lovely lunch at a local restaurant before saying goodby to Stjepan and joining another guide who took us to our apartment in Split. This experience was so great we have just booked another tour with Portal for tomorrow - spot of island hopping from Solit.
